 Also reach out to your church, school counselors, and if you are suicidal please go to the local ER for immediate treatment. There are support groups listed daily in the postindependent.com daily for any needs. The compassionate Fridays is for parents or siblings that lost a child/brother/sister and meets at the orchard the first Tuesday of the month. VVH hospital has grief support groups that meet regularly and are listed in the support groups. There is NO SHAME in helping yourself or others with mental health or addiction needs.
