Student/Person of the Month!

 David Zalinski is the person of the month for Cainegels Connection! David opened up to talk about how Covid impacted him while he was in college, how it triggered depression and anxiety that exacerbated his ADHD and he worked through this by first reaching out to his school counseling services, which then helped him open to up to his family and friends. David has overcome his obstacles by utilizing tools to help him open up and be honest to those he loves to help him heal and step outside of his comfort zone. David lives and works in our valley and is such a wonderful addition to our community! Thank you, David, for having a conversation with me on this subject!
